A look at the SitePlan app, which shows my position on the plan, is done much faster than a look at a paper plan, in which I first have to orientate myself. This means that I know in shortest time where something has to be built and where the underground utilities run so as not to damage them during the excavation work. In addition, the laborious and time-consuming measuring work using tapes and strings is finally no longer necessary. And what's so great: SitePlan is so easy to use that even my colleague, who was about to retire, was able to work independently with it after 10 minutes of training.

As the equipment service unit of the DB Bahnbau Gruppe, we use SitePlan, among other things, to support various planning inspections for broadband expansion along railway lines. SitePlan enables us to create the inspection protocols in a much more time-efficient manner - not least because photos and notes are clearly assigned to one another on site. No more information is lost. The exact location of the photos and measuring points in the centimeter range also makes the documentation of the inspections an ideal basis for the subsequent planning phase. In other projects, SitePlan is mainly used to document construction progress and the existing structure.

Mein Polier ist sehr froh, dass er sofort alles abstecken kann, ohne Wartezeiten! Bei unserer Parkplatz-Baustelle mussten wir u. a. 1100 m Drainageleitungen verlegen. Für die Absteckung ist SitePlan nicht mehr wegzudenken. Neue Leitungen werden vom Polier ebenfalls eigenständig eingemessen und mit Fotos dokumentiert. Somit bin ich im Büro immer am neuesten Stand und habe zusätzlich noch eine Abrechnungsgrundlage. Auch unser Asphaltbauleiter ist sehr zufrieden mit der App und den Aufmaßberichten. Er hat sogar in einem dicht verbauten und bewaldeten Gebiet ein Asphaltaufmaß mit der GNSS-Antenne und SitePlan erstellt. Auch das hat super funktioniert und ging wie gewohnt sehr schnell!
