Veel mensen associ\u00ebren het met complexe software, grote IT-projecten en veel theorie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maar het hoeft niet zo ingewikkeld te zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In de kern draait BIM om een eenvoudig idee: <\/span><b>Betere koppeling van planning en uitvoering - gebaseerd op schone gegevens.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2><b>Het echte probleem: ontbrekende of slechte inventarisatiegegevens<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Goede planning staat en valt met de <\/span><b>Basisbepaling<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In de praktijk ziet het er vaak zo uit:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lijnen worden met de hand gemeten<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notities belanden op papier<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plannen verdwijnen in mappen of laden<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze informatie ontbreekt dan in het volgende project - of is onvolledig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het resultaat:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planningsfouten, problemen op de bouwplaats, toeslagen en vertragingen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een klassieke cyclus:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Slechte gegevens \u2192 Slechte planning \u2192 Problemen in de uitvoering<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>BIM in civiele techniek: het draait allemaal om betere gegevens<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BIM werkt alleen als de gegevens correct zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0In de civiele techniek betekent dit vooral<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exacte positie van kabels en bevestigingen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schone as-built documentatie<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traceerbare bouwvoortgang<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Idealiter komen deze gegevens terecht in <\/span><b>CAD- of GIS-systemen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -
